CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refund policy

A clear explanation of how subscription cancellations and refund requests work.Last updated 26 August 2026
Launch templateProofPost’s legal entity name, registered address, and governing jurisdiction must be inserted and reviewed before paid launch.

1. Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling stops future renewal charges.

2. First-payment refund

Our proposed launch policy offers a refund of the first subscription payment when you request it within 14 calendar days of purchase. Email hello@proofpost.pro from the account owner’s address and include the account and invoice details.

3. Renewals and partial periods

Renewal payments and unused parts of a billing period are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or erroneous charges, where we have expressly agreed otherwise, or where applicable law requires a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control the final posting time; it commonly takes 5–10 business days after approval. Currency-conversion or third-party bank fees are outside ProofPost’s control.

5. Agency or custom plans

Custom, agency, onboarding, or separately scoped services may have additional cancellation and refund terms presented in the applicable order form. If those terms conflict with this policy, the signed order form controls to the extent permitted by law.
