Launch templateProofPost’s legal entity name, registered address, and governing jurisdiction must be inserted and reviewed before paid launch.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using ProofPost, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding contract and, when acting for a business, have authority to bind that business.

2. Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access, and activity under your account. You authorise ProofPost to access connected review and social platforms only to provide the features you select. Those platforms have their own terms and may change or limit their services.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content and brand materials you provide. You grant ProofPost a limited licence to host, process, adapt, and display them solely to operate and improve the service. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to use submitted reviews, customer information, logos, images, and connected accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, infringe rights, publish deceptive or unlawful content, bypass limits or security, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, introduce malicious code, or use ProofPost to send spam. We may suspend access needed to protect customers, the service, or third parties.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Prices, currency, billing intervals, included usage, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Taxes may apply. Refunds are governed by our refund policy and mandatory consumer law.

6. Service and intellectual property

ProofPost and its software, design, trademarks, and original materials remain ours or our licensors’. We may improve or change features, while taking reasonable care not to materially reduce paid functionality without notice. Beta or early-access features may change or be withdrawn.

7. Warranties and liability

ProofPost is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending service and governing law

You may stop using ProofPost at any time. We may terminate for material breach, legal risk, or prolonged non-payment, normally after reasonable notice where practical. Governing law, courts, legal entity details, and formal notice address will be inserted before paid launch and must reflect the company’s actual place of establishment.
